  • Product Description
  • Titanium carbide (TiC)-based steel-bonded cemented carbide is a new type of wear-resistant composite ceramic material, produced to solve the wear problems of high-manganese steel and alloy steel wear parts in various crushers. It can be widely used in mining, cement sand making, and other impact working conditions industries. Titanium carbide-based metal ceramics use titanium carbide (TiC) as the hard phase, high-manganese steel and other metal powders as the binder phase, and then appropriately add corresponding alloying elements. It is a cemented carbide material produced by powder metallurgy.
Grade TM52 is widely used in crusher wear parts, using molten
High manganese steel liquid casting, embedding alloy rods in the working surface of the wear part. The two form a strong metallurgical bond to produce a composite wear part, effectively reducing wear on the high manganese steel matrix. Maintenance and replacement amounts are significantly reduced, thus lowering spare parts costs. Furthermore, the crushing ratio is increased, and the output rate is also significantly improved.
